    Good workout for my needs.

    As a fairly fit senior, I went back to this routine for variety from what I was doing already. It's not as hectic as some videos are, yet I feel it keeps me interested and makes me feel like I've actually had a workout. I think the instructions are clear and the movements are not that difficult.

    Jane Fonda (born December 21, 1937) is an American actress, writer, political activist, former fashion model and fitness guru. She rose to fame in the 1960s with films such as Barbarella and Cat Ballou and, excluding a 15 year hiatus, has appeared in films ever since. She has won two Academy Awards and received several other awards and nominations. She announced her retirement from acting in 1991, but returned to film in 2005 with Monster in Law, and later Georgia Rule, released in 2007. She also produced and starred in several exercise videos released between 1982 and 1995.

    The BEST workout tape ever !!

    My favorite workout video of all time ! I used this video in 1994 and lost the 20 lbs I'd gained after a surgery. Now I again, find myself 20 lbs heavier after quitting smoking and hitting menopause. I went on E Bay to find this video. ( I tried other ones that come in DVD form, NO help) So I purchased a VCR and started this workout 1 week ago and have lost 4 pounds !! A tried and true workout.

    Good Choice

    I bought this video several years ago, and still use it, as recently as last week. The workout is easy to follow, yet upbeat. You can vary the intensity easily - there are options to/instructions on how to do this. It is a good work out.
