The item was listed as new but had clearly been used. It wasn’t packaged well, so the item also got banged up. The lid was not the correct lid for the item described so I had to purchase a new lid. The item new comes with the crystal litter and it was sent without the litter but did come with the empty cardboard tray. Seller did offer a partial refund, which was done. But not really the point.
