Item was not only NOT NEW, it was defective. Listing was not accurate! Shipping was far too high, but quite quick. No communication- with me, at all. I emailed, but received nothing, but a return shipping label via email. So a very poor transaction and I Do NOT recommend this seller. Item was purchased USED in January, then resold as Brand New- stating one die was defective. Far worse was wrong with the set, paper insert etc. This sadly was a Huge Waste of my time! :O( I was fully refunded.

Petty, unkind, & dishonest buyer! It was an honest mistake. Description & photos clearly show dies as used. Buyer sent a nasty message & I replied with an apology & accepted return with no questions asked. Buyer ruined paper insert by taping it together then decides to return it. I pray for buyer that she may find happiness & learn to be kind. My past feedback speaks for itself. I am grateful for all of them & I appreciate their support!

I am floored by the false statements this seller has now made. Never did I behave unkind or unfair. My feedback was accurate. A USED & DEFECTIVE item listed as NEW, is in fact dishonest! I NEVER Received any Communication from this seller, only an email allowing a label to be printed for return! The dishonesty & lack of accountability here, has sadly surprised me. When an item is listed as BRAND NEW, a buyer shouldn't have to do too much reading of the fine print. NEW IS NEW! Please- Do better!
