Each one is different, some with chipped paint, rusted iron, crystal, marble, nickel, But each need a little different amount of repair if you intend to handle them. They are from the Lee Harvey Oswald side of historic Unit #2, 600 (formerly 602-604) Elsbeth Apartment Building in Dallas, Texas where Lee Harvey Oswald lived with his wife Marina and daughter baby June from Nov 1962-March 1963. A Map of this building is in the Warren Commission. The doorknobs work but are fragile. Rusty, iron, layers of painted, crystal knobs, locking mechanisms, real antique treasures. Each one is unique. The first one to sell is doorknob #3 and only has 1 door knob, it was priced less than the others. Doorknob #3 sold and there are only 5 left. These door knobs are all from the Unit #2 inside and outside area. Doorknob #3 which just sold was from the Unit@2 Closet outside the front door of Unit #2, under the stairs.”

Amazing transaction and the personal touches are awesome. This is one of my favorite if not my favorite piece I own. I took an unused coat closet and transformed it into a mini museum of random historical artifacts and this is the show stopper. I received 2 bricks and could not be more thankful. I have a brother in law that was born and raised in the DFW area and a huge history buff. The extra brick is headed back Texas to be displayed prominently in his home.
