Outstanding service and excellent communication. Too bad the seller shares his remarkable knowledge of footwear ONLY after the purchase. I own three Red Wing boots Sz 10 and felt confident about this purchase. Then it turns out these Red Wing Sz 10 are a different fit - more like a Sz 9. No returns but it would have been sufficient to share that same info in the description and we both would have avoided wasting time (and me 300 Dollars).
