    Great stuff this Cali Girl Tea! I take medication and I can't get it in Wisconsin. I ususally stock up when I go to Houston,TX or San Diego, CA. But ran out! If you have never taken this, it will CLEAN YOU OUT!!! Depending on how strong you make the tea, but you get used to how you make it, haha! (You learn!) You can use it to diet or just like I do to help when the medication does what it does. It's all natural, wonderful stuff!

I only let it sit for 1min in my cup of hot water...that way i dont have bad cramps an i go 4 to 5times a day to the bathroom. I have fibroids...an i needed something to help. It helps with the bloatness, gives me a little energy, an also helped my bleeding. So im gonna continue an see how it hleps also with weight loss.😊

    This product gently works your bowels. I am a nurse so I know something about Senna. It is a gentle product and in this tea just a cup every couple of days will help to maintain weight and for losing weight a couple of cups per day will do the trick. Stay close to bathroom facilities when you take several cups and your wait time will not be long
