    Meter had issues

    Item did not work. Battery was corroded rendering meter Useless. It took a lot of work to mitigate the corrosion.

    needs a little work, but a very good deal.

    It does power up, but does not read anything on volts. After some checking it turns out both capacitors inside need to be replaced, and I was expecting that anyway. I put in a new Type "C" battery and the ohm meter function works fine.
