Easy to use, no sharp edges and the lid is resealable!
Pampered Chef doesn't make them like they used to (more plastic), so I was pleasantly surprised to find an unused one of the original, metal version. It's difficult to believe, but not all can openers are created equal, and this one is the best - easy to use, no sharp edges and the lid is resealable!

Model 2758 Pampered Chef can opener
The best can opener I have ever used. Opens all cans, leaves no sharp edges, grabs the lid for easy removal and the can lid can be placed back on the can and put in the fridge on most cans. After years I wore one out and had to buy another of this model. Tried others......nope!

My wife has had one of these for years and we both love it. I needed one in my brewing room, but Pampered Chef has changed the model to a "new and improved" model that got very poor ratings, so I searched eBay for this model. One thing I've noticed is that the handles tend to crack with age, but it might be due to putting them in hot water or a dish washer and water gets in the handle rusting it and then cracking the plastic handle. We just wipe ours off with a damp rag because very little product gets on the cutting edge. We also like the handy"pliers" on the side that you can use to lift off the lids.
