The shipment came super fast and was packed thoughtfully and carefully. The item was in great condition as pictured (but smelled of strong laundry detergent - which many folks use for some reason ... perhaps it dulls the sense of smell? How does one 'rate' a shipping cost? (No idea.) Seemed expensive, but probably just average and since I'm returning the item, the shipping is free, so it balances out the original cost I guess.
