My item, a Nespresso Vertuo Espresso Machine, came wonderfully sealed and protected with plastic air bubbles. Outwardly, it was clean and looked spanking new. As advised, I self-cleaned the machine twice and yes, it was a bit dirty internally, but that’s OK. It wasn’t a new item. Then I made a cup of coffee, then a double espresso. And the motor when the espresso was processing through the machine sounded like an angel. Very happy & thankful seller took care in the shipping process. Thank you‼️
