This seller backed out of the deal after I won it. He said directly that he didn't get enough money for the car. It was a no reserve auction. Not only that, but he said that I canceled the deal. So, he lied about it and in turn did not have to pay EBay anything. All of this is a direct violation of Ebay policy. I would not waste your time bidding on items from this seller as he may choose not to follow through on the sale. His reply was "call customer service". He knew they wouldn't care.

They just told another customer that I canceled the sale!!!!
Messages from them: Sorry, the team did not agree on the price. It's worth more than that.
The vehicle worth 10000 there’s no way we can let it go for this price. So sorry for that .
Their new story is the car was sold off site. But they were watching the auction and canceled as soon as I won it. They simply weren't happy with the price on a "no reserve" auction.
Maybe the rebuild was as bad as their story. I don't know.
