The reason I charge for ‘post and packing’ (not JUST postage) on all my eBay sales is because:1. The items have to be carefully wrapped and catalogued so the correct books go to the correct bidder in a format that survives the Royal Mail handling. The wrapping and the wrapper has to be by myself.2. I have to drive miles to the post office, queue up and pay for the postage at their rate3. I have to drive miles back.The actual cost of the postage, I’d argue, is a small part of the charge
