I was thrilled to find the logo replacement for a Coach tote. When they arrived I immediately tried to fit them into the spot on the tote. Much to my dismay the prongs used to connect to the tote were missing. I wrote to the seller who refunded me $5. This is a scam because the seller obviously knew the prongs were missing before they were listed for sale. SAD! We must do a better job of honesty when selling on this platform.
