    Bait and Switch

    A couplt of months ago I bought the A11 Hero for my son's birthday based on the description here, which at that time showed 2 batteries and a floor mounted charging station. I didn't want it hanging on his wall. He opened it a few weeks ago and it only had one battery, so I wrote to Tineco and asked for the missing battery. They said, basically, tough because now our design for the A11 is wall mounted with one battery! I explained over and over that the new version is not the one I bought and I want what I was promised on their ad. I showed them video reviews of the model I bought where they got 2 batteries but Tineco refuses to listen. Based on their customer service I wouldn't recommend anything made by Tineco!

    Not as suctiony as a full upright.

    This is ok for quick clean ups. Does not remove all the cat hair from my carpet. Just glad I did not pay full price.
