Nature of the item made it very temperamental to ship. The seller packed the item well the first time- it arrived damaged. After contacting the seller they responded quickly and offered a refund or for them to ship again. They shipped again even more carefully and it still arrived damaged. I let them know, they issued the refund (quickly and with incredibly good attitude). One of the best sellers I have ever worked with to resolve a conflict. Went above and beyond- one of the good ones!
