Luckily it was not stolen. Seller ships fast. I am using this as a second additional computer. I am not able to access my banking website as it requires Google Chrome and higher than Windows 7. Least expensive on a new Dell computer I could find now I just need to lean to use it. It is set for Microsoft Edge.

So far, the computer has been an excellent value. The only regret that I have is that I didn't realize how few ports this device actually has. It is a good thing that I already had a USB hub. I have no regrets about purchasing this computer and I do recommend this seller.

Arrived in two boxes, one outer box and the inside box was the Dell refurbished box containing the laptop and charger. Laptop was secure and segmented from the charger. The charger itself had a little bit of room to move in it's own compartment but the laptop was secured well. All hardware tested and functioned well. No complaints. Based on this experience I would recommend this seller.

Price was fair, and appearance was like new. My only issue was that the computer arrived with a DOA CMOS battery, which was easily fixed and not enough of an issue to spoil my 5 star rating. Would buy from again.
