I saw it originally when it came out in theaters, then on TV, now I own the VHS/DVD/Laser Disk versions. Wonderful 'deco' era European period piece, with great music, cinematography and story line quite faithful to the original book. The actors couldn't be better, and the train: Oh, the train! A wonderful 'read' for the audio/visual senses: 5-star in my opinion! Richard E. Walters, University Place, WA
