Remote sent was not as pictured…seller posted pictures of a remote in excellent condition without any wear to buttons, but what I received was a remote with almost all of the button info rubbed off. She claimed she uploaded the incorrect pics by accident which seems highly unlikely & apologized without offering a return/refund. She didn’t seem to understand that a refund is required if the item sent isn’t the item pictured. After going through eBay I finally received a full refund.
