Why? Why package a precious 100+ year old cut crystal lamp with a couple of old pillows? Who does this? It arrived shattered. No response to this issue. No response to the extremely poor packaging with accompanying photos. Left it up to me to proceed through the long process of opening a case, sending back and waiting for my refund. This seller should hopefully learn from this disaster. What a shame.

Very disappointed! Received the wrong item. Purchased a lovely ROSEVILLE "Freesia Series 1945" Blue vase. Instead, received a heavy, large glass object (pictured). Contacted seller who took one week to issue a return label. Had to repack and carry this heavy object to the Post Office. NO CONTACT OR APOLOGY issued by the seller. Very negative experience.
