The seller listed a book for 0.99. I bid on it and won, for 0.99. Then the seller refunded me and listed it for higher. I didn t receive any communication about this. Of course this would make me angry. I gave the seller negative feedback about my poor experience. Then the seller messages me to revise my feedback or else they ll ban me from buying from them. Why would I want to buy from them at all? Why list something for 0.99 if you weren t actually willing to sell it for 0.99? Come on.

After instantly refunding this lying poor soul of a human being, I did actually in fact thoroughly explain to this sad individual that eBay will sometimes overcharge shipping and fees that surpass the overall value of the item (even calculated shipping) which then in return ends up costing me $ to send the item out which then makes zero sense in selling the item. This customer obviously has anger issues and no prior experience with selling on eBay. I highly recommend to stay away from this buyer

    A Multi Generation Book

    This was one of the first books we read to our daughters thirty-four years ago -- and it was a favorite then. Now as our first grand child has arrived, this is the first book we have purchased for her! We look forward to our grandchild enjoying this book, too.

    "In the light of the moon a little egg lay on a leaf." So begins Eric Carle's modern classic, The Very Hungry Caterpillar. This five-by-four-inch miniature edition is truly tiny, with tiny type, but it is a nice size for small hands to hold and flip through the pictures. The book is complete in every detail, following the ravenous caterpillar's path as he eats his way through one apple (and the pages of the book itself) on Monday, two pears on Tuesday, three plums on Wednesday, and so on, through cherry pie and sausage--until he is really fat and has a stomachache. And no doubt you know what happens next! Kids love butterfly metamorphosis stories, and this popular favorite teaches counting and the days of the week, too.. A compelling children’s classic for caterpillar fans ages toddler ...

    Great children's book

    The Very Hungry Caterpillar was a hit with my grandson who is obsessed with all creatures that live outside. Eric Carle is my favorite author for young children's books. Beautiful art work and I love how the book is laid out. This is a book we have read many times together.

    Get it while it's cheap! It's great for children!

    I bought this book as a small gift for some friends looking to read to their newborn an interesting and relatively easy English book. Although Eric Carle's The Very Hungry Caterpillar is a very popular and expensive book, the hardcover board version of the well-known children's story is inexpensive. At normally $9.99 full price, this book was a steal at half price on ebay and Half.com. In spite of its easy-to-store small size--approximately 6 inches by 4 inches--this board format allows small fingers for children to have a more intimate experience with the story. And of course, being the 1994 edition of the beloved book, it's the same book, down to the very hungry caterpillar's hungry bite marks.

    The lovely and beautifully illustrated story of a caterpillar and his journey in life.

    Beautifully illustrated and touching story of a caterpillar and the events (eating mostly!) that lead up to the big change in his life. The book promotes learning numbers and I cannot imagine a child (or an adult for that matter!) not being enthralled with this short simple but very impressive book.
