    Big, Bad & Beautiful.

As a fan of armour, I enjoyed this film. There are not that many good American Films that deal accurately with tank stories. A lot of Russian and other european films are usually a lot more accurate as they use tanks of that period or better special effects. The Battle of The Bulge was outright dumb as far as armour went. US M-60s and I think M-41 Light tanks look nothing like German Armour. Where were the Shermans? Fury, a new film was quite good. It was sort of the tank being the Alamo. • about as i remembered it

i remember watching this movie as a kid 50 years ago. the acting and special effects are predictable. using the correct American tanks is worth watching it by itself. the German tanks are definitely a compromise.
