Received coin today. It is not in mint condition . It looks partially cleaned, toning around the lettering not on the open spaces see pic's but it is a 1998. Worth about 20 bucks . Packed in a deceptive , dark colored proof type coin box that made the coin look shinny in the photo. Buyer beware when buying older ungraded coins. Not very happy with the purchase, My fault for not double checking. 8 out of 10 on loose packing. Fast shipping.
