Seller advertised a working unit. Received unit, packaging was in tact and showed no signs of shipping abuse. Plugged unit in and unit would not power up. Swapped out onboard fuse, unit would still not power up. Sent seller an email. No response. DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO THIS TYPE OF BUSINESS.

Contact us immediately if you have a problem with your order for a return/refund, do not, take it apart/open up item to try to fix it yourself, it makes the situation worst and voids your return. Item must be returned exactly in the same condition as delivered to approve your request.

Terrible seller. Listed item wall mount docking station and received without the actual wall mount. Contacted seller and asked for a partial refund to buy a wall mount, or a full refund and told me to kick rocks. Cheats like this are why you can't trust online purchases.

Buyer demanded item not on description/pictures. Asking why screws were not included when this is a used mount... Buyer received exactly what was on the listing. Buyer got offensive and making a big deal for screws that can be found in any hardware store...
