Contacted seller because item arrived broken. There was not enough packing supplies used to protect the Chalkware. The box wasn’t damaged. After sending multiple photos and letting them know how disappointed I was, they still didn’t offer any type of refund. I had to ask again if any refund would be given and they wrote I was okay with receiving a completely broken item. Finally refunded a small amount. So disappointed!

I offered refund from the beginning..she said it's ok so I thought she meant it was ok...then contacted me a couple days later where was refund..I sent right away. Just a misunderstanding and she wouldn't understand sometimes things happen...I alway pack well as you can tell from all my other feedbacks people note how good I pack.
