Truly an amazing piece! If this were glass or porcelain it would be so heavy I'd be afraid to put it on a shelf. I have another composite insulator in my collection, but it's a lot smaller. I'd heard about this piece before, but never thought I'd own one. The idea of creating an insulator that is shatterproof is terrific; shooting at it with a BB gun won't do much damage, and still allows it to function as intended. Plus the cost of production is much lower. I love it.
