I contacted the seller because my soldier nutcrackers face was all scratched up. The Nutcracker was listed as new. This was the response I got from the seller.
"Unfortunately they are all like this they are not painted very well. I repainted the one I kept because it was really bad. That is why I am selling them cheaper than some other sellers." I replied that it would've been very easy to put in the description that the nutcrackers were all scratched up!! Pretty bad business if you ask me!
