    Nate is a true professional, my broken JVC-9600U came back looking and working like new and he kept me informed every step of the process. The packing he did for the return trip across the country far exceeded the mediocre work I did when I sent it to him. Turn around time was surprisingly quick. 1 week to ship, about 2 weeks for the work (he ordered parts and did extensive bench testing) and 1 week on the return. Couldn't be more pleased. Images coming out of this machine now are tremendous.
