Description stated "in excellent condition, not used much.", but item was certainly worn, and missing a critical part that made it completely inoperable (the part kept the bottom of the mirror back and in a specific path while adjusting. Without it, as arrived, the mirror hung loose.) As shipped the delicate internal mirror was bouncing around. Seller seemed unconcerned when notified. Item not returned as I manufactured the part myself.
