Seller advertised a working unit. Received unit, packaging was in tact and showed no signs of shipping abuse. Plugged unit in and unit would not power up. Swapped out onboard fuse, unit would still not power up. Sent seller an email. No response. DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO THIS TYPE OF BUSINESS.
