    Did not receive the item as described. I ordered the pink backpack as it appears in the attached picture and description, and received the chocolate one. I contacted the seller to ask what would be the easiest way to exchange or refund the item, but received no response, explanation, or apology. The seller did offer a great price and fast shipping. I just wish I’d received what I ordered. I was really looking forward to it.

    My item was priced well enough but it was not packaged very well. The box ended up with some rub marks due to no cushion between it and the box. No mention of shelf wear in the item description either. Could have had some better pictures. No great. No horrible. I also ended up with someone else's item in another shipment a couple of days later. I have offered to forward it to the rightful buyer but haven't heard back from seller. Communication...not so good.

Took about 11 days from order to delivery; that did encompass a Federal holiday with no mail delivery though. Item just as pictured and described. Unrelated to the seller, but chipped a molar within the first week of use with this beast of a brush. Other than that, makes my teeth feel like I just had a professional cleaning. Recommend this seller.
