Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets continues the adventures of the bespectacled boy wizard as he returns to Hogwarts to begin a second year of studies. Things do not go smoothly, however, as the game closely follows the events found in J.K. Rowling's second book in the international best-selling fantasy series. Harry Potter and friends Hermione and Ron must investigate a terrible danger: students are mysteriously turning to stone. <br><br>Assuming the role of the Boy Who Lived, players explore a 3D Hogwarts, Diagon Alley, and the Forbidden Forest from a third-person perspective. To assist them in their quest, players must attend classes so they can learn a variety of spells. These spells are then used on enemies, but if they are not cast correctly, a comical or hazardous misfire may result. In addition to the main adventure, players can participate in a number of mini-games, such as removing the gnomes from Mrs. Weasley's garden or battling other wizards in Dueling Club.

    An inventive and action packed game.

    It’s the only version of the game featured in the disc 2 of the film, and it’s graphics would be reused for the ps2/gamecube/Xbox/pc versions of quidditch World Cup and the 2003 remake of the sorcerer’s stone. The controls were indeed smoother here than the gamecube/Xbox versions and the 2003 remake of the sorcerer’s stone. Harry’s voice was quite fitting and it kinda matched what he’d sound like in the books, as the same voice was used in the trailer of the first game, as well as having a few voice clips recycled in the 2003 game. Unfortunately, Harry doesn’t have his invisibility cloak here, so the stealth sequences are pretty often and complicated, so I’d save to avoid loosing house points before doing them at Hogwarts.     Great game brings back memories

    When I was a kid I had this game but I sold it. I recently got a ps2 and thought about this game so i decided to get it again. Other places were selling it for around $30 but I looked on here and it was cheap so I bought it. I don’t regret it. That is all
