Received laptop with most of the keyboard not working including all of "home row," so completely unusable. Returned laptop cleaner than I got it (cables were dusty so I wiped them down before I powered it on), in the original bubble wrap and box. Seller issued only partial refund as it "wasn't returned in the original condition." They're mad that I gave it back better than they sent it to me?! Waste of time and money.
