    Neutral because it took 5 emails to even be told what the status of the order was. No tracking information entered because it not shipped until 8/14 (after the fifth email) when ordered on 8/2. Then given to the USPS which usually means another two weeks in transit. Luckily for me, it came in good time. Not certain about the integrity of this seller. Gets an 'F' in my book. Not going to buy from them again. Nothing to fix. Just bad feedback.
