    Received item and quickly noticed after taking it out the box that it was Refurbished. Price was good. Looked new! Then I saw that it was missing the CD ROM. Contacted seller to notify them of the issue. They wanted me to send it in to have part installed. There was another item available in which I suggested that they just trade me with that one instead. I was told it wasn’t available. So, I just requested a refund after returning. Seller did do a good job of resolving the issue.
