It arrived in very good conditions with only some the minor cosmetic damage which one would expect from a refurbished product. The appearance again is very acceptable considering the price and used condition. Again it has only some minor signs or dirt and debris. No issues with the screen, touchpad and it booted right into Windows with no problems. As a note the 16GB unit does seems to come with only 1 stick of memory in single channel. Very pleased

It’s Microsoft refurbished certified so it came with a form a sticker that hides scratches and such but can be removed with little to no effort and also leaves little to no sticky substances. The screen was HD 1366x768 TN, not the advertised 1920x1080. Although it came with the wrong screen, I was going to replace it either way with a screen that has way more nits in brightness, so that was fine. The device came with no internal battery.

The Laptop came in full working condition, all the keys on the keyboard work 100% The Laptop came with a free copy of Windows 10 pre installed ready to go. But I immediately switched to Mint Linux and have been having a great experience so far. If you want more info search on youtube Lenovo T480 Laptop. I now know why people online love T480's

However, listing didn't mention that it didn't have keyboard backlight and also laptop outer cover, palmrest and trackpad covered in textured decal. Contacted seller, who apologized and offered partial refund of $20 which I accepted and took a while to receive.
