There are slight cosmetic defects, like small scratches and little smudges on the keyboard letters - but that's expected from refurbished electronics. The only major issue was the external battery, which did not work at all when the computer came. However, when I contacted the seller, they swiftly responded and sent me a replacement battery of 48WH in excellent condition. This laptop seems to be working great. For the price and specs, its a solid choice.

However, listing didn't mention that it didn't have keyboard backlight and also laptop outer cover, palmrest and trackpad covered in textured decal. Contacted seller, who apologized and offered partial refund of $20 which I accepted and took a while to receive. A bit disappointed in the misleading descripiton but value was great, went out and bought replacement backlit keyboard and now it looks great.
