It’s Microsoft refurbished certified so it came with a form a sticker that hides scratches and such but can be removed with little to no effort and also leaves little to no sticky substances. The screen was HD 1366x768 TN, not the advertised 1920x1080. Although it came with the wrong screen, I was going to replace it either way with a screen that has way more nits in brightness, so that was fine. The device came with no internal battery.

The Laptop came in full working condition, all the keys on the keyboard work 100% The Laptop came with a free copy of Windows 10 pre installed ready to go. Really big bang for the buck considering it also came with an upgraded battery, which I didn’t realize would be the case. The only complaint I have is that there is a bit of extra adhesive at the bottom of the screen bezel that’s causing it to bulge out a tiny amount in one spot. Probably something that’s easy to fix though.

However, listing didn't mention that it didn't have keyboard backlight and also laptop outer cover, palmrest and trackpad covered in textured decal. Contacted seller, who apologized and offered partial refund of $20 which I accepted and took a while to receive.
