      Even though this product was returned, I feel 99.9% confident that the fault lies with my iPhone 12 Pro Max. The vendor happily sent me a second PhotoStick Omni to try out, but that one did not work either. It's hard to believe that two brand new PhotoSitcks, that arrived in perfect condition, would be defective. I've had other problems with this particular model and saw Google reviews from others who had similar issues. I would surely use this vendor again, only with a different phone.
