Another one for military historians and students - though people who enjoy real-life combat accounts will also lap it up. I can't comment on the historical accuracy, but I can say that this is a thrilling account of one of the main thrusts of the allies into the Russian heartland. Stirring stuff. * Books Monthly 30/01/2015 * This is an excellent read with an incredible amount of material included; this is a 'one-stop-shop' for those wanting to know about the battle of Stalingrad. * Scale Military Modelller Magazine 05/07/2015 * The quality of this book as a reference and a history is simply outstanding ... I highly recommend this book for anyone wishing to better appreciate the nature and conditions of the war in Russia and, more specifically, within Stalingrad. * War History Online 25/03/2015 *

The book arrived fast in a double foam envelope which in this case was completely sufficient to protect it from damage. It was exactly as described in a clean and unmarked condition exactly as described. This was a great price for a book of this fine quality and I could not be more pleased. Based on this experience I would look forward to buying from this seller anytime.

Item came exactly as it was shown in the pictures, and it was shipped in good time. The packaging was superb and neat. The seller was kind to include a 'bonus' item and it was the first time I've seen something different that most eBay sellers would provide, like a thank you note, bookmarks and coupons for potential discounts. I appreciate said bonus item. Besides that, this was a good find since I'm a sucker for older Great Courses materials. Great seller!

As a long-time but not native resident of San Angelo, I had not seen this book before. Book contained many photos of a time before I came to town. Everything about the sale was positive, especially that the book was as advertised, arrived here on time, and was packaged to prevent damage in the mails. Thanks for a nice transaction.
