    Your claim that you got support from Logitech is questionable.... Logitech Harmony 650 is no longer supported. Logitech has discontinued support for the first-generation Harmony remotes, including the Harmony 650, according to PCWorld. This means you can no longer create new accounts, access existing accounts, or reprogram or update your Harmony 650.
