I cannot comment on the condition of the starter since I have not tried to activate it yet so I have no reference yet. My only issue is that they were shipped with no tracking information and I do have a problem with that and would have preferred an option when I placed my order however I am otherwise satisfied and would refer this shop to family and friends comm. was good.
