This is not a walk in store this is a online store and I choose you because you had more followers now look where we are. Defective motherboard and I messaged over and over you never replied until I gave up and ordered the board and the only reason you replied was be cause I made a purchase. The customer claimed the unit is defective, so we asked him to return it for a refund, but he is unwilling to do so. We also reminded him to ensure the returning motherboard has our silver void sticker before sending it back. We place a void sticker on each unit after it has been fully tested. This is to ensure that customers return the original unit they received, rather than sending back a different or defective one.

A more than fair price for this hardware, and arrived in good condition, with great care to protect it during shipping. The reason I put 4 stars with "Seller Communication" instead of 5, was because the item name was on the shipping label for some reason, which to me seems like a security risk. Hopefully going forward, that information is removed from the label Aside from that, a great interaction, and I would gladly buy from this seller again!

It’s always a gamble purchasing things like these because the pictures aren’t able to show all the details for which one might look. It was packaged well and arrived in good condition. The shipping time was good; it arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The price was okay. Definitely a better value than direct from Apple. Based on my experience, I would recommend this seller.
