All parts are there, and it gives you instructions on how to find the manual. The quality is terrific, I wouldn't know it wasn't a new model. It's the best value on the market for a Deluxe model, and it comes with two pints and lids. It is a little bulkier than I imagined, so be sure to check the dimensions if you have a small kitchen. It's sleek and well-designed. I did get a gray instead of lavender, but that's ok!

No signs of life whatsoever. Contacted seller and they asked a few basic questions. Then refunded me the full price and did not make me return the item. Disappointing but perfect resolution from the seller. A+ would buy from again.

Listed as a refurbished item, but I couldn't tell the difference between it and a new TV, except for the much lower price! I'm very happy with this seller and this purchase. I would happily buy from them again. And thank goodness the seller packed it well because FedEx ran it through the wringer for about 4 days before finally delivering it (entirely the fault of FedEx and not at all the seller).
