Great to deal with him. I had a Win 10 disk from a previous purchase from him. Popped it in and this laptop worked fine. An issue he described in the listing may have disappeared once Win 10 did updates.

    Seller went to test the item once more before shipping it (already a GREEN flag move!) and found out that it was not working reliably anymore. I was offered a refund or any item in similar value, but sadly nothing the seller had at the time matched what I needed for the price I got it for, so the seller decided to just give me a more expensive and overall better system for 0 extra charge!!
