Sent it back (had no problems requesting a return label) and they issued a full refund almost immediately after receiving it. Good service! Just wish the product was in better shape, but thats something to look out for when buying used I guess...

The reason I put 4 stars with "Seller Communication" instead of 5, was because the item name was on the shipping label for some reason, which to me seems like a security risk. Hopefully going forward, that information is removed from the label Aside from that, a great interaction, and I would gladly buy from this seller again!
