        would buy it again

        this is the best remote that bose ever made. the one i purchased however, was not "open box" and i know this because I already had one that was not working. this was in the same condition as the one I already have. the person who had it had the sleep timer programmed for 6 pm. the battery must have leaked just like the one i already have. I cleaned them both with 91 % rubbing alcohol, soap and water and "elbow grease" I switched to ray o vac batteries which promise not to leak.
