The set was packed in a large box, with lots of paper round it, but there was some surface rubbing, due to the individual items having been bundled together for wrapping and moving against each other in transit. This is not very noticeable, but I would suggest wrapping some newspaper or similar around each individual item in future to prevent something similar. Very pleased with the set in spite of this, and would be happy to order from this seller again.
