    Best option that I have tried

    These nasal dilators are not cheap, but they do a good job of opening up my nose (which has a narrow passage on one side) for better nighttime breathing while I sleep. I would not buy them for a anti-snoring solution by themselves. They were a little irritating the first few nights. They don't fall out, but I occasionally pull them out in my sleep. I have tried some other cheap dilators that were irritating and not as efficient. They do get more rigid with age, and need to be replaced at your own judgement..

    It did not work for me...

    This product did not stop my snoring as per my wife has told me. I wore it for a week and my wife kept complaining about my snoring. When I wear it, it feels like I get a lot of air through my nose when I breath so I do not have to breath through my mouth. However, my wife keeps telling me that my snoring has not changed at all. When I wear this nasal dilator it feels uncomfortable in one of my nostrils, even that I adjusted the ring size and the opening to the smallest setting. I do not know if I may need to try a size down but regardless the size my wife stills complaining about my snoring. :(

    Great for the Nasal airways

    Great for opening up the nasal airways. I sleep with them but they may take some getting used to. I recommend these for anyone who uses nasal strips. They last a lot longer than the "recommended" usage of 10 days. These last for months. Just rinse with water after each use.

    Solves a problem

    Works great for anyone who gets stuffy at night when sleeping. It does take getting used to. The adjustment settings help a bit. The negative is some nights you'll pull this thing out in your sleep. They're hard to find being clear and small. Last tip is they're good for probably 30-40 uses if you clean them.

    Actually Works!

    I always have issues with my left sinus plugging up at night. Probably will have to get some kind of surgery. In the meantime, this thing works great! It keeps the nostril pretty much open for clear breathing and you can hardly feel that it is there. May be a bit pricey, but it actually works. Glad I tried them.
