When item was not shown as being shipped I contacted the seller. He advised that he had dropped it off at usps but they had lost it. After a couple more days I again contacted the seller and advised that I was in need of the item for my work. His advice to me was he would issue a refund and that I could get with another seller and pay a higher price to get the same item. This has cost me time and money with my client. Don't buy from this seller. He will not communicate with you about problems

For some reason this item was never scanned at my local post office when I dropped it off and appeared to be lost. I initiated a full refund the day after I spoke to the customer, after I saw that this item still wasn't tracking. It was then found by the USPS and subsequently delivered, so now he has the item and his money back, so essentially I gave it to him for free and paid the shipping... For anyone reading this, please have a look at my 3400+ glaringly positive other feedback comments.
