Selected "part never arrived" thru eBay, seller rips me a new one w/ b2b sarcastic responses. "You could have contacted us first", "We have NO control", "Gee, a contact the seller message...would be the normal thing to do.", "Maybe it's just me...", "We did our part!"... WHO talks to their customers like that? I've never had to do a trace Mr. Customer Focus. As soon as we knew there was a problem, we started a trace and his part was delivered. Had this customer been more friendly, we would have had a much better response for him. AVOID CUSTOMER
